Growing Vegetables

If you grow your own vegetables, you can be sure that you will obtain healthy, organic produce without the addition of unnecessary pesticides or other chemicals.

While you may prefer to grow just enough vegetables to feed yourself, if you choose, you can create a market garden, selling your vegetables to others so that they, too, can enjoy them.

Working in the garden will improve your health, because you will be performing physical activity in the fresh air.
